When I was around seven years old I was in a cubscout group. One day they decided to hold a derby race. In thos race we each had to make our own car from a block of wood. Whoever won the race got a trophy and whoever had the most creative car also won a trophy. On the last day me and my dad finished the car and went to the race. Unfortunately my car did not win which made me loose hope. Little did I know my car was voted the most creative. That day I went home with a slow car but a smile on my face.

If I was responsible for ThanksGiving
If I was responsible for preparing this years ThanksGiving dinner I would first start off with a turkey, of course, then mash potatoes alongvwith gravy, corn, and rice.
The people helping me would be my mother and my sister who are excellent at making these certain dishes. I would invite most of my family members and some of my close friends.

If money was no object
If money was no object I would be a professional artist. I have been interested in art ever since I was little. It started off as doodling, then small art projects, then finally having full interest with painting and drawing.I was inspired to do art by my brother. My brother is extremely talented at drawing, playing video games, and making music. As his little brother it was my goal to be better than him which started my interest for art and video games. Usually I end up drawing when I am bored or someone close really wants me to but the more I draw the more my interest in art grows. One of my greatest dreams is to see my artwork hung up in galleries and showed to the public, hopefully inspiring them to get into art as well. If money was no object I would spend the rest of my life doing something I cherish and enjoy.

Favorite hobby
My favorite hobby is playing video games. I have been playing video games ever since I was a child (around 7 or 8 years old). I started when my older brother gave me this thing called a Gameboy. After that I was hooked to playing video games. I went from a Game boy to a Gamecube to a PlayStation to an xbox. My interest for video games grew stronger and stranger the more I played. I don't know why I found it so intriguing. Mabye it was because in video games you can escape from reality into a world in which there are no rules and you could do whatever you want. To me playing video games is a way to escape from real life problem I may be currently going through. Still to this day whenever I get bored or stressed out, I just try to relax , lay down, and play video games until I feel better.

The One Thing I would Change from my Past(Blog Post #5)
The one thing that happened in the past that I would change would be the time I wasted all my money on video games I didn't want. For my birthday,I got a total of sixty dollars. I only had a single game for Xbox 360. The next day after I got my money, I went to GameStop and bought three games I thought was going to be fun. After buying them I took them home and started playing. A month passed since I had got the games. They weren't that good and I had already beat them. Little did I know that a game that I have really been wanting to play for a long time was coming out soon for Xbox. I was really starting to regret buy those three really cheap games. Sooner or later all my friends were buying the game and playing it. They would play it all the time and since I didn't have the game I was not able to play it with them. I ended up having to mow tons of lawns to get the money for the game. If I would have saved that money up I would have had the game sooner and wouldn't have had to mow so many lawns.

The Most Important Thing I Did This Summer
The most important thing I did this summer was go to Cedar Point. Thanks to the company my father works for. Instead of just having a field day like last year, the company decided to start funding to go to Cedar Point since a majority of the new workers are young and actually willing to go to Cedar Point. The best part is that it was all free. When we got to the park, after eating breakfast at Burger King,my mom and dad split up from me,my sister, and our friend. This was the second time I had been to Cedar Point. The first time I was only about 6 or 7 years old. Two of my biggest fears are high heights and fast speeds. So basically roller coasters are like my worst nightmare. When we started looking for rides,my sister was suggesting the worst ones for someone like me such as the Power Tower or the Dragster. After about twenty minutes they finally convinced me to get on a ride called the Magnum. As most rides start it went uphill slowly then dropped. When it dropped it felt as if I was plummeting straight to my death. Surprisingly, after I got off that one ride I decided to get on another, and then another. Next thing you know, I was actually starting to like roller coasters a little bit. After that, we hung out on the beach, played manhunt throughout the whole park, then left. Because I went to Cedar Point, I can actually say that I had fun this summer.
